I do know we have a 16 channel system and it is H.264, we currently have around 12 cameras active.
One of the boxes when I access it online shows system version 1013-1001-1005-1003. I'm working on a recently installed AVTech system, there are two AVTech boxes, I'm not even sure what model they are since these folks (AVtech) can't even print the model right in front of the boxes. I would appreciate any input anybody can offer on the below, thank you all in advance.
